What are your reception hours?

Reception is open 7 days per week 9am – 5pm. The reception team can assist with bookings, directions, and local travel advice.

Can I arrive after hours?

Yes. If you plan to arrive after reception closes, please contact us during the day to organise after-hours check-in and access details.

Is it better to book direct?

Yes - booking direct ensures you have access to the best range of cabins and sites, and up-to-date local advice and flexibility from our on-site team.

What accommodation options are available?

We offer a range of self-contained cabins, powered caravan sites and camping areas - perfect for families, couples, solo travellers or workers in the area.

Are linen and towels provided?

Yes, all cabins include fresh linen and towels. Guests staying on caravan or camping sites will need to bring their own bedding and towels.

Are you pet-friendly?

Yes, pets are welcome on selected accommodation styles (conditions apply). Please let us know when booking so we can allocate a suitable space.

Local highlights include Crows Nest National Park, Ravensbourne National Park, Pechey State Forest, country pubs, scenic lookouts and classic Darling Downs drives.

Is there Wi-Fi available?

Yes, free Wi-Fi is available across the park for all guests.

Do you have parking for caravans and RVs?

Yes, our powered sites are spacious and easily accessible, with plenty of room for caravans, RVs, and motorhomes.

What is your cancellation policy?

Do you have quiet hours?

Yes, quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am to ensure all guests enjoy a restful night.

Can visitors come to the park?

Visitors are welcome during the day but must register at reception upon arrival. Visitor parking may be limited during busy periods.
